Tape J-37的VU表用于动态监控输入音量和总谐波失真，实时响应信号。插件的立体声偏移功能可模拟磁带通道之间的细微差异，启用左/右声道之间的散射可以丰富立体声像，并为混音增加深度。此外，Tape J-37还提供噪声功能、均衡功能和延迟效果。
