Ting是一种乐器，能发出12种不同的打击乐器的声音，这些声音来自于家里的日常用品，比如银器、沙发、玩具鼓或一对汽车钥匙。每一个声音都经过仔细的多次采样和处理，共同的目标是能够在音乐上播放。“顶”是一种创造性的工具，是普通鼓和打击乐器的替代品。总共有500个样品被用来制造这个仪器。
除了声音，还有EQ，房间模拟器，混响和压缩机。

Percussion Instrument
Ting is an instrument providing 12 different percussive sounds originating from everyday t(h)ings laying around at home – such as silverware, a sofa, toy drum or a pair of car keys. Each sound is carefully multi-sampled and processed with the common goal to be musically playable. Ting is intended to be a creative tool and a substitute for ordinary drum and percussion instruments. Altogether ~500 individual samples are used to make this instrument.
In addition to the sounds, there is an EQ, a room simulator, a reverb and a compressor.
