On October 22nd, 2012 Kendrick Lamar (& company) would release an album that would set the bar high for hip-hop in not only lyricism but also production and would be deemed a modern classic some years later. This album was “Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City”. From a production standpoint, the album achieved an acclaimed immaculate balance between underground & mainstream feels & vibes.
To commemorate the release, we decided to provide some of the same feels & vibes but in the Pelham & Junior style. Good Feels, MAAd VibeS contains lush Rhodes, lo-fi pianos, warm synths, live guitar, live bass & unique vocals on each sample. In addition, each sample was created with production from GKMC in mind.
This sample pack has 10 compositions and can either be purchased in composition format or compositions & stems format.
